Wholesale Account Information

Terms and Conditions

  • All new accounts must be pre-approved by OnTouch, Inc.
  • The initial minimum order to open an account is $300 (except online retailer drop-ship orders), thereafter the minimum is at $100. We require having our new account application forms to be filled out before opening a new wholesale account.
  • A copy of Federal Tax ID and/or Resale Certificate must be provided.
  • Terms: All new accounts must be pre-paid. Established accounts may request terms of 30 days from date of invoice thereafter.
  • Prices: FOB Rancho Cucamonga, California. All shipments are sent UPS/FedEx/Trucking ground unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy:

  1. All returns must be authorized, no unauthorized returns.
  2. Restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns unless merchandise is determined to defective or shipped in error.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  4. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date. An invoice number is required to verify date of purchase.
  5. All returns are for company credit, no cash refunds will be provided.
